General Provisions

This charter is the main and mandatory for all members of our Alliance, division or regiment of the game War thunder!

Failure to comply with the provisions of this charter will be punished in accordance with the listed penalties at the end of the charter.

The regiment administration reserves the right to change and supplement this charter.

Each joining player is obliged to read this charter and adhere to it.

Each joining player is obliged to observe the culture of speech when using all types of chats.

Each joining player in the telegram group from the regiment from the game war thunder is obliged to familiarize themselves with the rules of conduct and comply with them.

Each joining player is obliged to fill out a questionnaire according to the sample in TG

Each fighter is obliged to take the initiative to popularize the Alliance to achieve maximum gaming success for the Alliance, division and himself personally.

Each member of the Alliance has the right to theoretical and practical assistance in mastering all sorts of skills and nuances of the game.

Each member of the Alliance has the right to incentives for services to the Alliance or unit: promotion in rank and receiving medals for the corresponding actions based on the submissions of the command. (more details at the end of the charter)

It is prohibited to use cheats in the game, obvious bug-using and botting. This spoils the image of the entire Alliance

When appointed to the position of sergeant and above, the probationary period is 1 month, (after 1 month, if the rank remains, you have passed, if removed, you have not passed.)

Command and privates cannot take a vacation for more than 1 month. (If you need more, leave the account for the person who will play for you, for command - leave a successor if there are no current officers below to replace).

The procedure for introducing a new Partner to the Alliance.

Each new channel, server, regiment upon joining the Alliance becomes its Partner, acquiring the rights and obligations provided for by this Charter of the alliance on the day of joining.

The procedure for introducing a new unit into the Alliance.

A partner may transfer to a new unit of the Alliance at his own discretion. To do this, he must be a member of the Alliance for at least 3 months. The new unit of the Alliance acquires its rights and obligations on the day of transfer. .

The unit commander may leave the Alliance with the permission of the Alliance Commander.

Responsibilities of the Alliance units:

1) To distribute information from other Alliance units on events, filming and other activities, and in exceptional cases, other information.

2) To defend the rights and protect the honor of the Alliance in controversial issues with other communities, groups, servers, regiments or other persons, where the Alliance's position in no way insults or belittles someone's views, honor and dignity, in the event of unfounded accusations of the listed persons towards the Alliance, regarding its activities or the activities of its units.

3) All unit commanders must obey the Alliance Commander.

Regimental battles.

Regimental battles are a mandatory component of regimental activities. For TVSPB 269TB only voluntarily and at will!

Regimental battles are assembled at the initiative of an ordinary member of the Unit or a regiment officer.

Each team participating in regimental battles must have at least one person with an officer rank (tanker) who will exercise command.

As a member of a team participating in regimental battles, you are required to use the equipment that the commanding officer needs at the moment.

From the moment the team is assembled for regimental battles until the end of the battles, a silent mode is “turned on” for each player, which implies voicing only useful information.

In battle, all team members are required to accurately and quickly follow all instructions of the commanding officer.

In regimental battles, WE observe a silent mode in the general chat of a specific battle (i.e., do not correspond with the enemy team).

It is allowed to leave the current team (for personal reasons or needs), but with the obligatory warning of the commanding officer.

Tournament battles.

The rules for participation in tournament battles almost completely repeat the points of the charter regarding regimental battles.

Rights and responsibilities.

Private of the regiment, unit

A private of the regiment MUST read this charter and agree with its points (otherwise we are not on the same path).

A private of the regiment is obliged to gain activity of at least 500 points per week.

A private of the regiment is obliged to take part in regimental battles and fulfill the points of the charter related to this.

In case of a long absence and inability to take part in general regimental activities, a private is obliged to notify any officer of the regiment about this or write a message in the appropriate channel on our server.

A private of the regiment is obliged to check the DS server every day for updates and the appearance of important information.

A private of the regiment is obliged to obey superior officers of the regiment or instructors.

A private of the regiment HAS THE RIGHT to do whatever he wants in the game before and after the end of regimental and tournament battles, training, and also the general meeting.

A private of the regiment has the right to express his own opinion in turn or at the time allotted for this.

Sergeant of the regiment, unit

A sergeant of the regiment MUST perform his official duties.

Must exercise control over discipline during the conduct of regimental battles.

Must accumulate activity of at least 500 points per week.

Must invite new people to the regiment and bring them to the discord server.

Must take part in regimental battles and fulfill the related points of the charter.

Must maintain high activity in the game.

In case of a long absence and inability to participate in general regimental activities, must notify any officer of the regiment about this or write a message in the appropriate channel on our server.

Must check the discord server every day for updates and the appearance of important information.

Must obey the superior officers of the regiment.

HAS THE RIGHT to exclude a private from the squad, as well as ask him to leave the chat if there is a good reason (insubordination, failure to observe discipline, silence, etc.).

Has the right to form a team for regimental battles from players available at the moment.

Has the right to do whatever he wants in the game before and after the end of regimental and tournament battles, training, and general meetings.

Has the right to express his own opinion in turn or at the time allotted for this.

Has the right to stop unsatisfactory behavior in voice and written chat.

Regiment, unit officer

A regimental officer MUST perform his official duties.

1.1 Is obliged to engage in organizational activities at all levels (regimental, tournaments, meetings). 1.2 Obliged to monitor personnel (airborne or ground) for prolonged absence, weak participation in general regimental activities, violations of this charter, etc.

1.3 Obliged to be responsible for the personnel under his control.

1.4 Obliged to take an active part in the life of the regiment, battles, events, and the discord server

Obliged to take part in regimental battles and comply with the related clauses of the charter.

In the event of a prolonged absence and inability to participate in general regimental activities, he is obliged to notify any officer of the regiment or write a message in the appropriate channel on our server.

It is strictly forbidden for the Recruiter to pay or promise people money or ZO and other currency for joining the alliance, unit, regiment and TG group.

Training.

Each Alliance member is required to attend training.

Only officers with instructor rights are authorized to conduct training.

During the training, the Instructor acquires maximum rights.

Each participant in the training is required to comply with the Instructor's requirements.

Questions and suggestions are voiced after the training, or with the permission of the Instructor.

Flight and tank personnel are required to attend the relevant training.

Every player who claims universality (i.e. wants to play in regimental and tournaments both on tanks and on planes) is obliged to attend training sessions of both flight and tank crews.

Every player is obliged to have the equipment required for training.

In the absence of this equipment, the player is obliged to obtain it as soon as possible.

Regular absences from training sessions without notifying officers or instructors will be punished by expulsion.

Disciplinary measures.

Disciplinary measures are applied to any member of the regiment who systematically violates the provisions of this charter.

Systematic absence from training sessions or scheduled battles with you without prior warning of officers or unsubscribing in the appropriate channel is punishable by expulsion from the regiment (3 absences in a row - expulsion).

Systematic violation of discipline in regimental battles, training sessions and the server is punishable by a temporary ban in the TG or expulsion from the regiment (1-3 violations - warnings, 4 violations - temporary ban, then the question of expulsion is raised).

Disrespectful attitude towards members of the regiment, disobedience to superior officers is punishable by expulsion from the regiment (3 warnings, 4 - expulsion). 

Disrespectful attitude towards the commander and deputy - exclusion and emergency situation forever.

Systematic violation of various provisions of this charter is punishable by exclusion from the regiment.

Systematic violation of the provisions of this charter by an officer is punishable by demotion in rank or exclusion from the regiment.

Propaganda of national socialism, fascism and incitement of interethnic discord. (mute 1 week + warning)

Unsportsmanlike behavior in the game - inaction in battle.

Not gaining 500 activity points in a week from the moment of joining and maintaining activity at the same level in the future is punishable by demotion in rank or exclusion from the regiment and ds.

All who left the regiment or were removed must leave the TG regiment if you are there or you will be removed immediately!

Insulting, disrespecting your brothers in the regiment, as well as sergeants, officers and superior commanders and their relatives, etc. - a permanent ban on the server and removal from the regiment forever!

The command issues restrictive measures corresponding to the severity of violations, their number, the consequences that have occurred or are expected, and also reserves the right to partially or completely block without notice.

Incentives.

The purpose of the incentive system is to educate personnel in the spirit of the Regiment Charter and motivate them to perform labor feats for the glory of the Regiment. A specific incentive (or combination of incentives) is chosen by the commander of the distinguished soldier depending on the valor and heroism demonstrated. If it is necessary to reward an officer, the choice of incentive is made by the Regiment Commander.

Types of incentives:

- Gratitude in the order.

- Personal gratitude from the Regiment Commander.

- Material incentives in the form of game currency or premium combat vehicles.
